We ensure your child is financially supported by both parties, and that your share of the child support agreement is a fair amount.
Paternity
We can handle paternity cases and ensure that the rights of the father. We can petition to the court for a paternity test if needed, as the assumption of a man’s paternity may need to be refuted.
